Sadly today is our final day in Bali, so we decided to go on another tour to the Holy Hindu temple of Tenalot situated 45 minutes from our hotel in Seminyak. Today we departed out hotel at 6am to explore a nearly untouched part of the island of the Gods. We drove to Lake Batur where we left our vehicle to hike to Muntigunung villages situated in the northeast of Bali. There are 34 hillside villages in this area with a population of 5500. Our first day in Ubud was full of activities, first we began with a yoga class, followed by a visit to the local market to buy produce for our cooking class which will take place back at our resort. During the cooking class we learnt how to cook a typical Indonesian dish of fish with herbs and spices cooked in [….]

Inspired by the spirit of back to nature and sample harmony in life, we all ventured out on a 3 hour bike ride to explore and experience the sense of the Balines countryside around Ubud.
