Today was the last day of a wonderful trip. The past 3 days have been full on with visiting Bhaktapur, doing an early morning yoga class 3 out of the 9 in the group managed to get up at 530am to join me in a class at the local school. We all found out that we are absolutely not as flexible as Nepalese women I guess all the squatting and hard work in the fields prepare them and of course their bones are not as brittle as a western women. On the way from Bhaktapur to Kathmandu we visited Pasapatinath and Bouddanth before checking into the Yak and Yeti Hotel. It was then free time to swim and relax. The following day we had an exciting rickshaw ride around Thamel the girls shopped till they dropped and in the eveing we went to a Nepali Banchar where we witnessed a female Nepali women dance performance of all the ethnic groups. It was a great last night party.
