Yesterday we arrived in Chitwan National Park from Pokhara it was a 4 hour drive the weather here is quite hot after the mountains. We had our first sighting of a Rhino and baby bathing in the river. This morning at 7am we were taking on a 1 hour canoe ride down the Rapti river where we spotted several marsh mugar and garial crocodiles then it was a trek through the lush jungle to the elephant breeding camp to see the now 2 year old twin elephants. It has been a full day and not finished yet as we set out on the elephants to find the bengal tiger – or let us hope we do because it will be the icing on he cake. Our group has obviously excellent karma we have been so privelged with not only having fabulous weatherand Tomorrow morning we fly to Kathmandu and travel 1 hour to our destination of Bhaktapur,
Until tomorrow Namaste and thank you for taking the time to read this blog although brief.
